These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyVMall website and platform (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by ARC Technologies LLC ("ARC Technologies LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Platform

MyVMall is a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) trading platform that enables individuals to list, buy, and sell goods with one another. The Platform is currently under development. Features described on this website may change, be delayed, or be discontinued prior to general availability.

2. Ownership

MyVMall is a trading name of ARC Technologies LLC. The Platform, including the MyVMall name, branding, and content, is owned by ARC Technologies LLC, which is the legal entity responsible for the operation of the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.

5. Listings and Prohibited Items

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings and the items they offer. You agree not to list or trade items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by our policies.

6. Transactions Between Users

MyVMall provides a venue for buyers and sellers to transact. Unless expressly stated, ARC Technologies LLC is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete a transaction.

7. Fees

Use of certain Platform features may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed to you before you incur them. We may introduce or change fees as the Platform develops.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or misuse the Platform or its security.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform (excluding user-generated content) are and remain the property of ARC Technologies LLC and its licensors.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As the Platform is under development, it may be incomplete, contain errors, or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARC Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ARC Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
